Business development and project coordination for specialised defence requirements

CLARS helps translate operational requirements into credible industrial opportunities by identifying and coordinating suitable manufacturers, integrators and technology partners.

Armoured land platform

Land systems

We support opportunities involving armoured and tactical vehicles, mobility systems, platform upgrades, integration, spare parts, sustainment, repair and overhaul. Depending on the requirement, CLARS may coordinate vehicle manufacturers, OEM suppliers, specialised component manufacturers and system integrators.

Unmanned systems — UAV / UAS

CLARS supports mission-oriented unmanned system projects defined around range, endurance, payload, operating altitude, data link, ground control and environmental conditions. We can coordinate fixed-wing, rotary-wing and hybrid platforms together with EO/IR payloads, mission planning, demonstrations, acceptance and training.

Counter-UAS

Counter-UAS is normally a layered architecture rather than a single product. CLARS can coordinate specialist partners covering RF sensing, radar, EO/IR confirmation, tracking, command-and-control and authorised response technologies, always according to the site's operational requirement and applicable regulations.

Electro-optics & surveillance

We work with specialised suppliers of thermal imaging, day/night observation systems, EO/IR cameras, gimbals, surveillance sensors, laser range-finding and related optical technologies for vehicles, UAVs, fixed installations and other authorised security applications.

Spare parts, MRO & lifecycle support

Legacy military platforms often require specialist sourcing and sustainment. CLARS can support identification of traceable components through OEMs, authorised suppliers and specialised manufacturers, together with repair, overhaul, obsolescence management, training and long-term support coordination.
